To Avoid or Embrace the Awkward Photo :: Your Wedding Choice
Another beautiful 70-degree day up here between Mt Hood Hood River!
As we’ve mentioned in previous blog entries, Miller Farm Retreat is one of those magical wedding venues where beautiful photographic moments create themselves. The cedars, the Mt Hood backdrop, the flowering orchards, the mossy walls and sunlit paths all come together to make a true picturesque collection of scenes perfect for capturing your last moments of “singledom” and first moments of “coupledom”.
Sometimes, however, even with the best of backdrops and intentions, your wedding photo collection may end up with a light sprinkling of levity or even a heavy dose of hilarity. In other words, when the developing is all said and done, you may end up with some pretty funny awkward photos.
And just our luck, as we were looking over some of the amusing MFR wedding photos of the past, we found a special collection of “Awkward Wedding Photos” courtesy of Today.com. If you’ve got a moment and need to laugh a little, take a moment by clicking on link here and let these photos brighten up your day.
Did you mean it?
Something to note in the Awkward Photo Collection is the Unintentional vs the Intentional. Some of the photos found in that collection captured strange moments that would have perhaps gone unnoticed while others were designed by the photographer or happy couple (although they may have not designed them to be as awkward as they turned out). Both kinds are equally delightful of course, we only mention the difference because you too might perpetrate or fall victim to the same awkward photos during your own wedding. You too may want to create some hilarious moments to remember forever or you too may discover something funny that you’ll never forget. The only question is: will you embrace or avoid the awkwardness when it comes?
